  • Recommendation:

    That the minutes of the December 20, 2017 Regular Meeting of Essex County Council be adopted as presented.

Rosemary Fiss, Manager of Education & Support Programs, Alzheimer Society Windsor -  Essex to speak to County Council regarding January being Alzheimer's Awareness Month.

  • Recommendation:

    That Ms. Fiss be permitted to address County Council.

Mr. Matt Wilson, AMO Senior Advisor to speak to County Council regarding the Local Share Campaign.

  • Recommendation:

    That Mr. Wilson be permitted to address County Council.

  • Recommendation:

    That the Lease Agreement pertaining to the property municipality known as 1720 Division Road North, Kingsville be approved and that Essex County Council adopt By-law #01-2018 authorizing the Warden and the Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the County of Essex.

Report Number 2018-R002-EMS-0117-BK, dated January 17, 2018 from Bruce Kratuer, Chief, Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services.

  • That Essex County Council authorize Essex Windsor EMS to donate ambulances to the St. Clair College Paramedic Program according to the following schedule;

    • One (1) ambulance in 2018
    • One (1) ambulance in 2019
    • One (1) ambulance in 2023
    • One (1) ambulance in 2024

    That Essex County Council adopt By-law #02-2018, authorizing a single residential tax rate be applied to calculate the County property taxes for the affordable housing development located 225 Prince Albert St. N., in the Town of Kingsville.
