The Committee discussed the continued strategy to include personal profiles and insights on their Facebook page. Discussion also occurred as the committee received a complaint in regards to a Windsor business from a member of the Facebook community. The committee recommended the patron seek assistance from the Windsor AAC and provided the contact information.

Ms. Trombley discussed the event budget.

The committee discussed the event details, reviewed the day's agenda and messaging for marketing.

2018 Initiatives

The committee discussed additional priorities for 2018, including:

• Supporting ERCA with recommendations for their trails and outdoor spaces
• Look into information sessions that would benefit the community surrounding accessibility
• Consider supporting an accessibility-themed film event for the community.

Historical Building Accessibility

Ms. Alexander started a discussion about the importance of accessibility for historical buildings. The committee decided to refer to individual municipalities and historical/heritage societies for more information on this matter.
