  • Recommendation:

    That the recommendation in the Administrative Report listed as item 10.1 on the Consent Agenda for October 3, 2018, be approved.

  • Recommendation:

    It is recommended that Essex County Council authorize Administration to adopt and submit the proposed 2019 Essex Windsor EMS Response Time Performance Plan, as required under Ontario Regulation 257/00 (as amended by Regulation 267/08).

Report Number 2018-1003-PLN-R001-BK, dated October 3, 2018 from Bill King, Manager of Planning Services.

  • Recommendation:

    That County Council receive the report of the Manager of Planning Services with regard to the Town of LaSalle Official Plan, and authorize the Manager of Planning Services to issue a Notice of Decision on behalf of the County of Essex to approve the Town of LaSalle Official Plan subject to the modification as outlined in the draft “Decision” attached to Report Number 2018-1003-PLN-R001-BK.

     

Report Number 2018-0905-IS-R022-TRB, dated September 5, 2018 from Tom Bateman, Director of Infrastructure Services/County Engineer, deferred from September 5, 2018 Essex County Council meeting, Resolution Number 192-2018.

  • Recommendation:

    That the request from the Town of Lakeshore to signalize the intersection of County Road 22 and Emery Drive not be approved, pending further analysis, and that the County and Town of Lakeshore jointly cost share and undertake a comprehensive area wide study to address development pressures along County Road 22 from Puce to Belle River.

  • Recommendation:

    That By-law 38-2018, having been read a first, second and third time, be finally passed and enacted.
