• That County Council adopt By-laws 32-2018 and 33-2018, authorizing the Warden and Clerk to enter into agreements with the new owners of Harrowood Seniors Community and Augustine Villas Retirement Home and Assisted Living Residence to provide subsidized housing with supports care.

  That County Council receive Report #2018-0815-IS-R021-TRB – Tender Summary – 2018 Structure Rehabilitations (7) for information, as the authority to award the tender to D’Amore Construction (2000) Ltd. for a total tender amount of $488,370.00, plus HST, has been delegated to the Chief Administrative Officer by virtue of By-law #30-2018.
