County Road 22 Corridor Study Update - County Road 25 to West Belle River Road

12.6.1

Resolution from Municipality of Lakeshore re: County Road 22 Corridor Study

At their meeting held March 15, 2022, the Council of the Municipality of Lakeshore adopted the following resolution:

0-03-2022
Advise the County of Essex that Lakeshore Council requests that the County of Essex look at including right-hand turn lanes in the eastbound lanes at Emery Drive, Renaud Line, Willow-wood Drive, Rourke Line and Grandview Boulevard in the County Road 22 Corridor design. 

• Recommendation:

  That Essex County Council receive the correspondence from the Municipality of Lakeshore, dated March 16, 2022 regarding their resolution 0-03-2022.

Regional Food and Organics Waste Management Program

12.7.1

Appendix I to Report 2022-0316-CCS-R04-MB - Resolution from the Municipality of Kingsville

At their meeting held March 15, 2022, the Council of the Town of Kingsville adopted the following resolution:

That the Town of Kingsville will not participate in the short-term service contract or the Regional Food and Organics Waste Management Program proposed by Essex Windsor Solid Waste Authority; AND FURTHER THAT Council directs Administration to develop local programs to help encourage and support residents to decrease food waste at home.
